Too much definition on the eyes and nose will bring that uncanny valley feeling.
The other faces were okay though.

I tried to get it realistic with detailed and plastic looking features, while being a little stylized. I'm experimenting with this stuff for a while now, because i love stylized stuff much more than realistic feeling stuff, though at the same time I like to define everything plastically. The other faces still aren't what I want to achieve though. I guess, I got to experiment some more.
